About the Role
We are looking for a Junior TD to join our Vancouver team!
Junior TD role is designed as a structured entry point into our actively evolving workflows and internal production system.
The position begins with technical layout and scene setup responsibilities, including asset preparation, ingest validation, and QC-related tasks. Over time, the right candidate will gradually take ownership of defined workflow and contribute to improving internal processes.
This role is intended for individuals who want to build depth in VFX technical systems, by working alongside likeminded and AI driven individuals, rather than pursue a traditional artist role.
We operate in a fast-paced environment with frequent feedback and rapid iteration. Successful candidates should be able to work efficiently as part of a team or independently to determine the best outcome.

Duties & Responsibilities
Layout: Technical scene setup (cameras, hierarchy, asset organization)
Asset: Preparation and validation (scale, structure, readiness for production)
QC: Supporting QC process & support technical tasks when required
Understand and expand all internal processes and workflows (AI integration)
